4:09 am PST - Investigating connectivity issue on

6:45 am PST - We continue to investigate an issue with Further updates coming.

7:03 am PST - Since this incident began we have identified a hardware issue on the cluster this node is on. Our team is working hard to restore the service as soon as we can and have a technician en route to the data center to assist in the recovery of services.

We truly thank you for your patience and understanding and more information will be shared as we continue recovery efforts.

8:15 am PST - We are continuing to work on recovery with our on site technicians. All available resources are assigned to this incident and further updates will be coming.

9:03 am PST - The hardware issue has been resolved and recovery to normal operations is happening at the time of writing this. We will continue to monitor the situation. We truly thank you for your patience and understanding.
