    RFO: Summary


    On March 27, 2025,  services hosted at our Calgary location experienced an outage. The issue has since been fully resolved and all services are back online.

    **Root Cause**
    The outage was caused by a router failure that resulted in the loss of the router's configuration of our network upstream provider. This disrupted connectivity for all servers and services at the location.

    **Impact**
    All services hosted at the Calgary location were unavailable for the duration of the outage.

    **Resolution**
    The router configuration was restored by our upstream provider, returning all services to normal operation.

    **Next Steps**
    We have escalated this incident to our upstream network provider. We have formally requested a root cause analysis, an explanation of why no additional redundancy was in place, and a clear remediation plan to prevent future recurrences.

    We sincerely apologize for the disruption this caused and understand the impact it has on your operations. We are committed to holding our infrastructure partners accountable and to the reliability of our services.
