During the ongoing partial power outage at our Vancouver data center (Cologix VAN3), our on-site technicians successfully implemented workarounds to restore all services to normal operation.

This incident affected several clients in Vancouver, with impacts ranging from partial outages and degraded performance to full service interruptions.

Although Cologix VAN3 is a state-of-the-art facility designed with multiple redundancies, this event highlighted unforeseen vulnerabilities. As with every incident, we will conduct a thorough internal investigation to understand how this outage caused such a wide impact. Based on our findings, we will implement necessary changes to enhance our systems’ resilience and minimize the risk of future disruptions.
