Please be advised that we will be performing emergency infrastructure maintenance at our 151 Front Street facility in Toronto during the following windows:

• Thursday, June 19th from 21:00 ET to 01:00 ET (June 20th)

• Friday, June 20th from 21:00 ET to 01:00 ET (June 21st)

• Monday, June 23rd from 21:00 ET to 01:00 ET (June 24th)

Each maintenance window is scheduled for up to 4 hours.

This urgent work is required to strengthen the stability, resilience, and long-term performance of our infrastructure. While every effort will be made to limit impact, intermittent network outages may occur during these windows. We understand that maintenance of this nature can be disruptive and appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete these necessary improvements.

Please also note: If you have a virtual machine (VM) hosted with us at this location, it will be rebooted during the Monday, June 23rd maintenance window.
